HYSTER Forklifttrucks started a manufacturing plant in Tessenderlo Belgium. Till 1972 the plant was producing forklift trucks and compactors for roadwork. |
| 1972 |
HYSTER restructured their activities in Europe: the plant in Tessenderlo became a supplier of components (weldments and machined castings) for the assembly plants to other countries in Europe. |
| 1982 |
The Company was taken over by the former plant manager. He re-organized the company (new name was “Subcontractors”) as a supplier of the weldments and machined castings for the mechanical industry. |
| 1993 |
The company “Subcontractors” was taken over via a management buyout |
| 1994 |
The company was renamed as MSI, NV: owned by the management and MECA STAMP (a French forging company). |
| 2010 |
India based engineering company, RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd, acquired MSI on May 18th, 2010. |
