RSB Transmissions Belgium, NV, situated in the city of Tessenderlo, is the Belgium arm of the India based RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd., fast growing global engineering organization headquartered in India.
RSB Transmissions (I) Ltd. acquired MSI - Mechanical Supplies International - NV (now known as RSB Transmissions Belgium NV) in May 2010 through its fully owned SPV subsidiary RSB Europe BV, based at Amsterdam, Netherlands. In December 2010, the name of the company was changed from MSI NV to RSB Transmissions Belgium NV to reflect the current ownership of the company.
This facility is spread over a land area of 38,900 square metres with a built up area of 13,100 square metres with adequate land for expansion and employs around 115 capable persons. Some of the key products manufactured at this site include heavy fabricated aggregates for excavators, off-highway machines and Energy equipments. We also have a mix of modern machines such as CNC Flame Cutting, CNC Plasma Cutting, CNC Press Brake, CNC Machining Centers, Hydraulic Press and Welding Robots. |
